This is likely due to one of two causes:

1. You do not have permission to see any configured projects: when first installing HyperContent, you must log in as a portal administrator in order to configure permissions for other users
2. There is a configuration error; most likely the path to the project definitions repository is incorrect.  If this is the case, there should be an error message in the log; check the installation guide for more pointers.
